ECCO serves Afghan families, refugees, and immigrants across Alameda and Contra Costa counties. Our programs focus on women, children, and youth who are navigating resettlement, language barriers, economic challenges, and cultural integration. We aim to empower these communities through education, mentorship, wellness support, and creative opportunities, helping them thrive and participate fully in their new communities.

In Afghanistan:
Through our education-focused programs, ECCO supports children—especially girls by providing scholarships, learning resources, and mentorship opportunities. Our goal is to expand access to quality education, foster lifelong learning, and help young Afghan students build the skills and confidence they need for future success.
